Tech Lead PHP

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with a strong background in software development and engineering to lead a team of developers in the development and maintenance of our software applications. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the technical direction, architecture, and design of our software applications.

You will work with platform and integrate payment gateaway solutions. Main goal is develop the project.

Important : only candidates located in Cyprus

Responsibilities:

•Lead technical processes involved in development and maintenance of software applications

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions.

•Develop project and product structure

•Develop and maintain software applications in PHP 8.1+ a Symfony

•Develop and maintain SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)

•Understand how-to lead the process of troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during the development and maintenance process

•Keep up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages to ensure the continued evolution of our software products

•Manage and mentor a team of developers to ensure that all development work is completed on time and to the highest standards

 

Qualifications and stack:

•Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role

•Strong understanding of PHP 8.1+

•Strong understanding of Symfony

•Experience working with REST APIs

•Experience working with Redis and RabbitMQ

•SQL knowledge (MySQL/ PostgreSQL)

•SQL knowledge (MySQL/ PostgreSQL)

•Ability to learn new languages and technologies

•Experience working with Go - optional

•Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

•Attention to details.
