Mission

Your mission will be to maintain and improve existing functionality and develop new application parts.

• Deliver product value for our customers
• Develop parts of the application: design, refactoring, fixing bugs, and writing tests to maintain the quality and functionality of the product
• Review code and share knowledge with the team

Requirements 

• Experience in .NET development and test coverage
• Experience with high-load systems and services
• Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience with Database concurrency
• Upper-Intermediate English and Russian: both written and spoken
• A data-driven approach. Ability to justify decisions using concrete metrics

• Readiness to work in an intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and determination to break through
