👉 Our team is looking for a proactive and experienced Partnerships Director who will drive sales and revenue growth by developing and managing partnerships.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in IT, B2B, SaaS sales and knowledge of e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new partners, ensuring a smooth integration process

- Provide ongoing support and training to partners, enabling them to achieve success

- Manage performance of the existing partners and implement strategies to enhance their sales and revenue generation

- Foster strong relationships with partners, collaborating closely to accomplish mutual objectives

- Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams including product, business development, and marketing to align sales and channel activities

- Develop and oversee channel partner budgets and forecasts

- Create and implement channel partner programs, including training, marketing initiatives, and incentive programs

- Track and report on channel partner performance using key metrics such as sales and revenue

- Represent the Company at industry events and conferences to establish connections and promote brand awareness

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
