Senior Web3 React Frontend Developer

At BeInCrypto, we create content and products to educate and inspire everyone with crypto & Web3. We generate original content and cover the major news, and make it available in 14 languages. We make it fast and simple. We are much more than a media publication. We also develop educational products and tools and have 4 more products inside our digital nomad backpack: Learn, Rankings, Academy, and Jobs.

2023 is an eventful year for BeInCrypto as a whole, and our IT team in particular. On the one hand, we are ready to switch our stack from WordPress to React, aiming to make our technical infrastructure more reliable and ready for upcoming products and features, while still keeping WordPress as a content resource. 

Plus, we're testing hypotheses and launching new projects like the BeInCrypto Academy which serves as a Web3 education platform. It has content tailored to Gen Z and Millennials so they can learn new skills and make money with them. We've got an awesome tokenomics model that rewards participation and keeps it fair for all users - they can create, share educational content, and get rewarded!

That’s the reason we are looking for a skilled Web3 React Developer with savvy in smart contract frontends to join our IT team and help guide our projects from MVP to launch. Plus, you'll be assisting with the tech stack transition along the way! 

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with Product, UX, and other software engineers to architect and deliver high-value features;
• Build reusable and testable code;
• Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability;
• Utilize a variety of markup languages;
• Maintain brand consistency throughout the design.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

• Fluent English (B2 or C1).
• Senior proficiency with JS frameworks: React, Angular, etc.
• React JS, CSS3, and Less/Sass in large scale applications.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Firebase and Material UI, Next.js, Typescript
• Experience in building large-scale products, preferably having built the application architecture from scratch.
• Experience with developing blockchain, web3 products is a must!
• Familiarity with networking protocols and programming.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Passion for quality and close attention to details.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Software design skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with WordPress.
• Experience in Backend development.
