As a result, the data produced is extremely valuable and generates a single source of truth for the physical world of Retail, CPG and Pharma allowing to manage sales process efficiency and productivity.

Due to growth and scalability, we are looking for an accountant to join our team. This position will be of interest to those who have confident knowledge of Russian accounting and are ready to expand their knowledge to the international level.

Range of tasks:
Your area of responsibility at the initial stage will be working with suppliers, invoicing and organizing processes in this direction for the entire international team (LATAM MENA RUSSIA, EUROPE).

For Russian business:

• Maintenance of VAT and income tax;
• Maintenance of fixed assets and intangible assets, commissioning;
• Maintenance of advance reports, the area of inventory items;
• Obtaining/confirming the accreditation of an IT company;
• Reflection and control of the correctness of information on all accounting accounts;
• Inventory of material values and obligations;
• Quarterly collection of reconciliation reports;
• Participation in the preparation of local regulatory acts and other documentation;
• Participation in the formation of reports for foundations, preparation of reports on grants;

For Russian and international business

• Work with suppliers/clients, preparation of final documents, work with primary documentation;
• Participation in the department's projects.

Wishes to the candidate:

• Experience with accounting and primary documentation for at least 3 years;
• Expert knowledge of most areas of accounting, VAT and income tax.
• Sufficient knowledge of tax legislation on foreign economic activity;
• Excellent knowledge of 1C:Enterprise 8.3, Salary and personnel management, 3.1;
• Experience in IT companies as an accountant;
• Knowledge of English - B2.

It will be a plus for further development:

• Knowledge of international standards;
• Experience working with foreign suppliers and customers;
• Knowledge of QuickBooks.
