Area of responsibilities:

• Developing a technology development strategy in line with the company's business objectives;
• Selecting technologies and platforms required for new product development and launch;
• Assess current and future infrastructure needs and develop appropriate technology solutions;
• Formation and management of the technical team, including hiring and development of employees;
• Ensuring technical solutions are aligned with the team's product goals.

What we expect from you:

• Considerable experience in technical positions, preferably with CTO experience, in technology companies;
• Experience in developing and launching products based on machine learning;
• Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and other artificial intelligence techniques;
• Successful experience in a startup environment, including involvement in launching new products from scratch;
• Ability to work effectively under uncertainty and adapt to a rapidly changing environment;
• Experience working in multinational companies or teams, demonstrating the ability to interact effectively in a multinational environment;
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide audience.
