Product Owner Cards

We are looking for a Product Owner for a card program, who will be responsible for Cryptopay Cards development and scaling, increasing the number of users and the average check.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience in a fintech industry
• Proven successful experience launching or developing card programs (Banking or Crypto-wallets)
• Skill in gathering information, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development
• Experience in driving the product roadmap, setting clear goals and prioritizing feature improvements
• Ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English

Duties:

• Develop the product strategy for Card Program together with CPO
• Regular research of the market, competitors and their indicators
• Prioritize the product needs in accordance with business objectives
• Initiate communication and negotiations with partners
• Determine the budget, roadmap, backlog, release schedule and scope of work
• Generate product hypotheses and test them: customer development, A/B testing, UX tests, etc.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the tasks
