About The Job

We are looking for Team Lead Python Developer for the Artificial Intelligence team. The department excels in addressing diverse challenges of internal and external automation through cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technologies. 

Our endeavors span three pivotal directions:

1. Optimization of Technical Support Processes
2. Client Onboarding Processes
3. Development of AI Modules for Risk Departments and AML

Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development (API integrations);
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language;
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch;
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation;
• Experience in designing and optimizing database structures;
• Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git;
• Previous work on chatbot development using frameworks and libraries;
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
• Familiarity with development tools like PyCharm;
• Adaptable to evolving project requirements and able to meet deadlines;
• Experience working with modern ML solutions and models (Language models, NLP, CV);
• Experience building robust, high-load, scalable software architecture.

It would be a plus:

• Experience with data processing frameworks and tools, such as Apache Spark or Apache Kafka;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and data modeling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful API for interaction with the chatbot;
• Integrate the chatbot with internal systems using APIs;
• Work with programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch;
• Design and optimize database architecture;
• Utilize version control tools like Git;
• Integrate the chatbot with external communication platforms (e.g., Slack);
• Collaborate with ML engineers to implement machine learning models;
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in chatbot development and contribute innovative ideas;
• Build validation well, check the results and validate the business sense;
• Formation of a technical strategy.
