Marketing analyst / Conversion Optimization Specialist

We are the largest Russian-speaking poker community, founded in 2009. Our project already comprises websites in other languages, an editorial board, a poker school, a multi-level player support service, together with many other things.

We are looking for a Conversion Optimization Specialist / CRO specialist / Marketing analyst / SEO Optimization to support and develop our products, i.e., to work on conversion rate growth.

🔸 Duties to be performed:

• Organizing processes to test hypotheses faster and in a more profitable way;
• Working on key metrics and conversion rates at all stages of interaction with audiences;
• Tracking points that affect increases and decreases of conversion;
• Generating and testing hypotheses on the growth of key metrics;
• Collaborating with a team of developers, designers, project and product managers;
• Investigating the market and implementing better growth practices.
   

🔸 Our expectations:

• Working experience in gambling/betting field;
• Understanding of affiliate program specifics, CPA network, affiliate relations principles, types of traffic sources;
• Having dozens of tested hypotheses on metrics improvement under your belt;
• Willing to take responsibility for the product, independently forming and prioritizing the backlog;
• Being able to work in a team with developers, project-product managers, SEO specialists;
• Excellent knowledge of marketing, analytics, audience engagement, design, copywriting;
• Advanced knowledge of A/B-tests;
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrics, Amplitude, etc.;
• English language - Upper Intermediate level and above.
