The Opportunity

We're looking for an all-around operations professional with a keen understanding of DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and SecOps to join our team. Combining these roles under one umbrella would allow us to set the right foundation for growth and rapidly scale the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of ML operations, including overseeing training and inference pipelines for LLM, RL, and multi-modal models. Ensure efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices.
• Allocate and manage cloud resources to support the deployment and scaling of AI solutions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and performance optimization.
• Source, evaluate, and implement optimizations and innovations to reduce inference and training costs.
• Implement tooling, processes, and best practices that would improve engineering productivity, knowledge capture, onboarding, and security (DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps).
• Spearhead security operations across multiple levels (human, IT, cloud, LLM), ensuring compliance with industry standards and implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential threats.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within DevOps, AI infrastructure, and IT to enhance overall efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to keep the company at the forefront of AI technology.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing ML operations, including overseeing training and inference pipelines for LLMs.
• Extensive experience as a cloud administrator, emphasizing budget management and including automation through infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in containerization with K8s and Docker.
• Knowledgeable in security operations, ensuring robust measures are in place to protect AI solutions and data.
