Bitrix24 Workflow Developer (relocation to Dubai)

Job Purpose:

Bitrix24 Workflow Developer plays a pivotal role in optimizing our organizational efficiency by spearheading the automation direction within Bitrix24. The purpose of this role is to define, implement, and oversee business processes, ensuring they align with company objectives and contribute to a more streamlined and cost-effective workflow. The Bitrix24 Workflow Developer will collaborate with stakeholders, and actively contribute to the project management methodology to achieve successful outcomes. By hiring an in-house candidate, we aim to reduce costs, enhance productivity, and alleviate strain on support departments, ultimately fostering a more focused and efficient work environment. The successful candidate will bring a proactive approach to Bitrix24 product implementation, possess project management expertise, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, define, and streamline business processes within the Bitrix24 Platform

* Manage and collaborate with the development team, fostering effective communication and timely delivery of projects

* Actively participate in the project management methodology to ensure successful outcomes

* Percentage improvement in the efficiency of automated business processes within Bitrix24.

Measurement: Regular assessment of the time taken to complete key business processes before and after automation.

* Percentage of projects delivered on time.

Measurement: Tracking project timelines and comparing actual delivery dates against planned schedules.

* Stakeholder satisfaction scores from feedback surveys.

Measurement: Regular feedback collection from stakeholders involved in or impacted by automated processes.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience working in Franchise for any Bitrix24 partner OR freelance.

2. Proven proactivity in the implementation process for Bitrix24 products.

3. Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology.

4. (Non-mandatory) Basic front-end developer skills for PHP-activity generation in Bitrix24 Business Processes.

1. Process Optimization: Ability to define, streamline, and optimize business processes within Bitrix24 to enhance operational efficiency. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing automation solutions that contribute to workflow improvement.

2. Communication Skills: Proficiency in written English with the capability to understand and respond effectively via text communication. Native proficiency in Russian, enabling effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Flexibility and Adaptability: Openness to adapting to changing priorities and requirements. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, contributing to the overall success of the team.

4. Problem-Solving Orientation: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges in business processes and system implementations. Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring the smooth operation of automated workflows.

5. Team Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience managing and coordinating tasks with developers and other team members.
