We are Moodby, a global background music streaming service for businesses that brings together curators, businesses, and their guests.

What do we do?

Our mission is to boost establishments’ income through a top-notch music experience for their guests, by giving them an opportunity to enjoy and share their beloved tracks in their preferred places.

Our big goal is to make venues’ guests feel the joy of their favorite music being played at least 100,000,000 times in 30,000 venues over the next 5 years.

Now, we are launching the service in Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, Cyprus and Romania.

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Copywriter to join Moodby, help us grow our product and make the company a unicorn one.

Who are we looking for?

A skilled CRM marketer who will be responsible for our CRM communication. The successful candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing able to make a segmentation, successfully operate the leads and clients contact base, conduct the CRM campaigns and make email layouts.

What tasks will need to be performed:

• Segment the leads and clients base
• Setting up and launching manual and automatic mailings. 
• Format and layout emails.
• Perform testings and check the hypotheses. The funnel optimization on its each stage.
• Improving key metrics of mailings (OR, CR, CTR, spam and bounced rates), growing subscriber base and its quality.
• Keep both the email chains and the lead base up to date.
• Help compose user CJM and test its effectiveness.
• Analyze and present results: metrics, conversions in dashboards

What we expect from you:

1. Knowledge of crm-marketing tools like HubSpot, Instantly, Mail Chimp and their fast and effective usage. 
2. Demonstrated ability to work with the lead contact base keeping it up to date.
3. Ability to make the email layout.
4. Proven experience in audience segmentation, with the ability to effectively segment and target diverse audience groups based on demographics, psychographics, and behaviors.
5. Strong balance between speed and quality in campaign launch, capable of meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
6. Proven ability and readiness to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
7. Experience of working in a startup environment or at least the mindset to work fast, think fast and act fast. 
8. B2 + proficiency in English. French, German, Polish knowledge is a plus. Most of the team speaks Russian but all the written communication with the client is in English and other European languages.
