Virtual Assistant

Hey, guys! We have an open vacancy for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our sales and marketing team. Your role involves engaging prospects, nurturing leads into meetings, and managing social media. Strong communication, social media expertise, and independence in a fast-paced environment are key.

Responsibilities

Prospect Communication & Nurturing:

• Engage prospects across channels, understand their needs, and introduce our services.
• Build and maintain relationships, nurturing leads through personalized communication.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and our sales team.

Social Media Marketing:

• Develop and execute our founder's social media strategy, enhancing their brand and company visibility.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Monitor social channels for industry trends and engagement opportunities; analyze performance and adjust strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Sales Assistant in sales and marketing.
• Understanding of sales processes and effective lead communication.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media management tools.
