We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our cryptocurrency payments processing platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and iterate on intuitive and visually compelling solutions that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and overall product performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the brand identity of Cryptopay, which includes color schemes, typography, icons, and other visual elements.
• Gather insights from user feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that streamline cryptocurrency payments workflows for corporate users, and enhance their productivity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on prototypes and iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving business requirements to improve overall payment processing product usability and effectiveness.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all product interfaces.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience за 5 years in a product designer role
• Experience with B2B fintech products
• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
• Understanding of the best practices for designing the merchant account and check-out in the payment system
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Proficiency in Figma & FigJam
