Our team is rapidly growing which is why we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager. This is a remote-first position. If you have work permission in the UK, we will be happy to meet you in our office in London. Your work will have a direct impact on billions of people around the world – helping unlock financial access to enable the future of money movement.

WHAT’S THE JOB?

  • Focusing on driving outbound sales into new markets & geographies through your professional network or bespoke search initiatives
  • Managing the business development process from prospecting & negotiation to closure in assigned territory (including but not limited to cold calling, networking-selling, email campaigns, corporate conferences, and trade shows)
  • Working with the Client Management function to proactively engage the portfolio of clients that you bring into the business
  • Creating a robust pipeline with prospective clients and turning them into WeavePay account holders
  • Identify, target, and nurture potential partners, like service providers, venture capital platforms, start-up incubators, and other holistic professional services.
  • Working with leadership and the product team to strategize on how best to roll out existing and new products
  • Developing and executing strategies to increase company revenue

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven outbound sales experience in banks, fin-tech, and any B2B financial companies
  • Experience working across global markets, preferably in the EU and the UK
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
  • Fluent English language skills. A good command of any second other European language will be a plus.
