Your Role: As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and delivery of B2C mobile app development from idea to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure that new features are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

●  Delivery: planning teamwork, assisting in problem-solving and conflict resolution during task implementation.

●  Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria.

●  Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and

collaboration across all project activities.

●  Identify and mitigate project risks issues and dependencies and develop contingency

plans as needed.

●  Track project progress milestones and deliverables and provide regular updates to

stakeholders on project status risks and issues.

●  Facilitate meetings workshops and sprint ceremonies to drive project progress and

decisionmaking.

●  Ensure that projects are delivered with high quality meeting all functional and

nonfunctional requirements.

●  Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and

identify opportunities for process improvement.

What We Require:

● Proven experience as a Project Manager with a track record of successfully delivering mobile apps

●  Experience working with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA using SCRUM methodology

●  Strong technical aptitude: web and mobile technology, development cycles, API understanding, developer communication skills, analytical thinking

●  Fluency in English and Russian. Advanced communication skills

●  Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills. Strong

problem-solving and decision-making abilities

●  Experience working with mobile analytics is advantageous
