SaaS Project Coordinator

We’re JEDai, a leading tech company providing high-tech services to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.

JEDai is collaborating with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide.

Due to scalability and business growth, we are looking for a Coordinator to join our SaaS project maintenance team.

In this position, you will coordinate support for a SaaS project, work with Excel, write macros, do analytics, meet with the client to find out if he is satisfied with ensuring data accuracy, train a neural network using a ready-made tool - according to instructions.

Responsibilities:

The main task of the Coordinator is Client Success at the SaaS stage:

• Training the neural network using a built-in tool to maintain the accuracy of recognition and implementation of the client’s new assortment;
• Control of categories in terms of maintaining data on projects (updating and replenishing the knowledge base);
• Monitoring the work of marking operators (delivery, task control, consulting);
• Project coordination in resolving configuration issues and customer support;
• Communications with the actors in the process.

Requirements:

• Experience as an IT, B2B SaaS project coordinator or manager for at least 3 years;
• 3 years of experience in FMCG or Retail;
• English B2;
• Good analytical skills (ability to analyze, interpret, clear and structure information, find patterns and draw conclusions);
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced level) and ability to write macros.

Will be a plus:

• Basic experience with BI and SQL.
