Recruiter (tech and non-tech roles)

The company is engaged in automating business processes through AI (calls from smart robots, informing clients, confirming appointments, solutions for mass recruitment, and a separate solution for iGaming). We increase the efficiency of communications with clients using AI technologies.

We’re looking for a recruiter with 1+ year of experience. There will both technical and non-technical roles in Kazakhstan, CIS region, as well as in Asia, LatAm and Europe.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience
• Understanding of recruitment pipelines and metrics
• Proficiency in English is required
• Experience in hiring for IT roles is preferred but not necessary
