Chief Marketing Officer

About the Position: We are currently seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership for the company's marketing department.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the marketing department and collaborating with affiliates.
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy aimed at attracting new players and retaining existing ones.
- Developing the company brand.
- Efficiently managing player acquisition channels: ASO, media buying, FB, inApp, PPC, and others.
- Developing strategies and growing traffic organically (SEO), as well as constantly searching for new channels.
- Standardizing business processes and management based on OKRs.
- Financial planning and budgeting, optimizing marketing expenses considering the effectiveness of acquisition channels, and reporting.
- Competitor analysis and market research, implementing current trends.
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual traffic growth considering planned marketing expenses.
- Developing a content strategy, including SEO tools and Google Analytics.
- Managing the marketing team: hiring staff, setting tasks, and monitoring their execution, developing motivation schemes.
- Improving qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Creating and maintaining critical reports and KPI dashboards from scratch based on the team's business needs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the position of CMO.
- Experience as a CMO in iGaming is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing and gambling/betting metrics (ROI, Romi, LTV, NGR/GGR).
- Experience with CPA, CPM, STP, CLV, CAC, IMC models, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, PowerBI, GoogleAds, Moz, etc.
- Experience managing a marketing team of 20+ people with the ability to quickly build a strong team.
- Practical skills in strategic and operational marketing.
