We are currently seeking a Chief Delivery Officer with experience in iGaming. Our future colleague should strive for excellence, possess a curious mind, manage their time efficiently, and be ready to work with maximum effectiveness.

Job Description

Position: Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) 

Objective: Take control of processes across organization, ensuring the successful implementation of projects that align with the company's business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Provide exceptional leadership that aligns with our business plan and overall strategic vision.

As part of the ALAMETA and senior leadership team, continue to create, grow and build a world class, industry disrupting & leading organisation

Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the CEO and other key executive team members.

Define, control and manage the processes across organization.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful project implementation aligned with the company's business goals.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the required quality.

Process and Team Management:

Recruit, train, and develop the project management team, ensuring their professional growth and skill enhancement.

Establish and maintain effective communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, developing plans to mitigate them.

Best Practices Implementation:

Continuously improve delivery processes and tools, adapting them to changing business conditions and requirements.

Implement and enforce best project management practices across the company.

Introduce innovative approaches and technologies to increase project management efficiency.

Financial and Operational Responsibility:

Create effective tools to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes.

Participate in the formation and implementation of strategic initiatives for the growth and development of the company.

 

Candidate Requirements

Education and Knowledge:

Higher education in project management, information technology, or related fields.

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

 

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in companies with over 300 employees in the IT sector, preferably in software development and/or iGaming.

Experience working with international, distributed teams and projects.

Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

English language proficiency: Upper-intermediate or Advanced.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMI certification.

MBA degree
