Product manager (TeamLead)

We're looking for a dynamic Product Manager TL to join our team! 🌟

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Strategy & Long-Term Planning 
Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy, aligning with long-term organizational goals.

🔹 Business Model Development
Build and analyze business models to support new and existing products.

🔹 Align with Strategic Initiatives 
Ensure product management practices align with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

🔹 Vision & Strategy
Create and drive product vision from scratch, with a successful track record of 1-2 product launches.

🔹 Stakeholder Management
Skillfully manage expectations of stakeholders and product sponsors.

🔹 Metrics-Driven Decisions
Implement and leverage product metrics for informed decision-making.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and development teams to ensure cohesive product development and launch.

🔹 Team Leadership
Lead multiple product teams and manage a group of product managers effectively.

🔹 OKR/KPI Implementation
Utilize OKR/KPI frameworks to set and achieve product and organizational objectives.
 

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 B2B Experience
Experience in B2E and B2G is a plus.

🔹 Product Leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex products with multiple modules or complementary products.

🔹 Business Modeling Expertise
Proficient in financial modeling, P&L, and selecting appropriate business models.

🔹 Experience
Minimum of 4 - 5 years in international companies, preferably in a product leadership role.

🔹 Fluent English
C1 level.
