What Awaits You?

Join our team as a Senior UX/UI Designer and become a key player in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with product management, customers, and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. You will have the opportunity to work on all visual design stages, from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring that our interfaces are user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio of design projects demonstrating proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of multiplatform, mobile-first, and responsive design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to design aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces that are easy for non-technical users to navigate.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Ability to present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Git.
• Familiarity with usability testing principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of interaction design principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
