Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Development Team Leader to assemble, lead, and manage our team of website and landing pages developers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, project management, and team leadership, with a passion for creating high-converting, user-friendly websites and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-converting landing pages and websites using both code and visual development tools such as Webflow or similar platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Ensure landing pages are optimized for performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Ensure the utmost security of all developed pages for lead generation and project pages.

Team Leadership:

• Assemble, lead, and manage a team of website developers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.

Project Management:

• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate website development projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, manage milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Implement Kanban project management with transparency and accountability.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with designers, and stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align landing page design with business objectives.

Process Improvement:

• Recommend and implement improvements to technology, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a web developer with a strong portfolio of high-converting, user-friendly websites and landing pages.
• Experience leading and managing a team of web developers.
• Proficient in web development technologies and platforms, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and visual development tools such as Webflow.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, web performance optimization, and user experience best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with experience using Kanban or similar methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar leadership role within a digital marketing or web development agency.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales processes and objectives.
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
