Описание вакансии
A social media early stage startup is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and develop media rich backend.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior software engineering role, supporting high-availability, large-scale applications
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservice architecture
- Ability to architect, scope, prioritize, estimate, and deliver on projects while managing the balance between shipping code quickly and shipping high quality code
- Experience with the following technologies:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Docker & Kubernetes
- Kafka
- Redis
- Experience designing database
- Experience developing video streaming on a large scale
- Familiarity with secure coding practices
Bonus Points:
- A security first mindset: with good knowledge of common security concepts such as AuthN, AuthZ, SAML, API security, encryption etc
- Experience with payment systems
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript/Vue/React
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
