We are seeking a strategic thinker and creative individual to oversee iGaming content production for our clients. This role involves leveraging AI tools for content creation, alongside manual writing and editing, managing and training a team of writers, and collaborating with stakeholders within the company. The ideal candidate loves working with text and is passionate about making each piece of writing flawless. They can plan and organize content creation flow to meet both deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proficient English (C1+ level): You have exceptional writing skills, capable of crafting insightful articles with no filler content or clichés, addressing readers' needs.
• Editing and Proofreading: You are proficient in editing and proofreading and have an eye for detail.
• AI Content Creation: You are confident with AI tools for content creation and knowledgeable about AI content best practices, including persona prompts, prompt engineering, custom instructions, etc.
• Time Management: You manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Research and Fact-Checking: You have strong research and fact-checking skills. You know how to analyze target audiences to tailor content accordingly.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You are able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Training and Feedback: You know how to provide constructive feedback and basic training to writers.
• iGaming Familiarity: You are familiar with the iGaming industry (or eager to learn).
• Content Guidelines Development: You are skilled in crafting content creation guidelines that explain best practices and how to implement them.
• SEO Optimization: You are familiar with SEO content optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in content production, creating engaging and valuable pieces based on client and publisher requirements.
• Edit and proofread content created by your team, ensuring alignment with all terms and guidelines and preparing it for publication.
• Oversee the production of high-quality content, including guest posts, news articles, press releases, and blog posts.
• Keep content competitive and up-to-date by fine-tuning it based on Google updates, industry trends, SEO and marketing best practices, and target audience preferences.
• Lead and mentor a team of writers and editors, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Develop actionable guidelines and continuously update existing ones to improve content quality and relevance.
• Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and clients to assess content satisfaction and implement necessary improvements.
• Utilize outsourcing platforms when needed to supplement content creation efforts.
