What you will do in our team:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from gathering requirements and posting job openings to candidate onboarding.
• Maintain a recruitment pipeline using the People Force.
• Conduct international hiring in English for Product Development, Marketing, Back Office, and Business Development teams.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including cold searches, job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to find top candidates.
• Engage with passive candidates through headhunting and networking efforts.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role, including necessary technical and soft skills.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer and evaluate technical assessments and other relevant tests.
• Provide timely updates and constructive feedback to candidates.
• Help promote the company's brand as an employer of choice within the game dev and Web3 communities.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition within the game dev, Web3, and fintech industries.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process, including the use of new tools and technologies.

Who we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience as an in-house IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Experience in hiring in IT, game dev, fintech, Web3, or AI.
• Experience in hiring for art and game design positions.
• Solid knowledge of Boolean/X-Ray search and filters.
• Experience with various recruitment ATS.
• Advanced user of AI for recruiting.
• Experience in international recruitment across different time zones.
• Experience in hiring and onboarding a distributed remote team.
• English proficiency at the B2+ level.
