We're looking for a Chief Technical Officer to join our team! 🌟
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔧 Development & Infrastructure:
- 📈 Knowledge of key development frameworks/methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and process building experience
- 💻 Practical experience in developing software components and popular frameworks
- 🏗️ Experience in designing software systems and service architectures, documentation (Doc as Code)
- ☁️ Infrastructure planning and experience with popular public clouds (AWS, Google Cloud)
- 🛠️ Proficiency with Git and development methodologies
- 🔄 Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, QA processes, and integration into development
- 📊 Implementation of infrastructure and service monitoring tools
- 📌 Management of technical backlog and prioritization
- 🔒 Implementation and maintenance of processes ensuring infrastructure and product component security. Experience in security audits
🤝 Management & Team Leadership:
- 🌐 Experience in managing cross-functional and component teams
- 🧑🤝🧑 People management: team recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, allocation
- 📅 Participation in team activities - planning, grooming, etc.
- 💰 Estimation of development team budgets
- 🗓️ Long-term planning and risk management
🔹 Fluent English - C1 level.
