HR Manager

We’re JEDai, a leading tech company providing high-tech services to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.

JEDai is a global player collaborating with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Nestlé, Pepsi, Coca-Cola Andina, Heineken, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide in more than 25 countries.

We are currently looking for an HR Manager to become part of the international HR team.

Responsibilities:

• HR operational support:
• Administration of current HR processes;
• Updating and implementing HR service processes;
• Automation and optimization of HR processes;
• Vision and description of processes for both HR and employees.
• Recruitment and adaptation:
• Participation in recruitment, including international;
• Administration of the adaptation process.
• Project activities:
• Participation in HR projects.

Requirements:

• General experience in HR of 3 years;
• Experience with service-oriented processes in HR: maintenance, development and implementation;
• Good theoretical knowledge in the field of HR;
• Experience in recruitment, including international, from 1.5 years;
• Experience in automation (processes, files, implementation of small software for HR work);
• Knowledge and experience of the project approach in HR;
• Fluency in English;
• Good communication skills.
