We solve the problem of loneliness, isolation, and disconnection with the help of digital reality.

Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Together, we are solving the prevalent problem of loneliness and shaping Social Life 3.0 — a new digital reality where people will be able to fulfil their needs for communication and attention from other people and artificial life forms. Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a L&D manager to join our dynamic team.
 

Your main tasks will be:
 

  • Identify training needs for company divisions and determines key skills and knowledge required for the development of individual employees.
  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates training sessions and seminars within the company.
  • Search for and collaborates with external providers/trainers to organize educational events.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and courses for divisions and employees based on their requests.
  • Update and maintain training resources to ensure they are current (including updating training manuals, guides, video lessons, and other materials as necessary).
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training events and gather and analyzes participant feedback.

We expect from you:
 

  • Excellent Project management skills.
  • Strong Curriculum development abilities.
  • Proficient in Training techniques.
  • Expertise in Needs assessment.
  • High level of technical proficiency in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Docs,Google Slides,Google Forms, Google Calendar.
  • Solid Budgeting skills.
  • English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
