• Scrutinize our current business processes and systems, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and suggest impactful improvements.

📈 Market & Competitor Research:

• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to drive business strategies and uncover new opportunities.

💼 Business Model Development:

• Shape and refine business models, with a keen focus on profitability and scalability across diverse markets (B2B, B2C, B2G).

🤝 Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and align requirements, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
• Partner with our engineering team and product owners to bring those requirements to life.

Specific Knowledge:

• Expertise in functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Proficiency in BPMN, CJM, UML.
• Deep understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Skill in market analysis (TAM/SAM/SOM) and integration processes.

Software Skills:

• Confluence, Jira, Miro, Figma, MS Office
