Position Overview: As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best IT professionals. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct screening and HR interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
• Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience throughout the process.
• Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information, interview notes, and feedback.

General requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
• Experience and a desire to work with employee relations is preferable.
• Experience in an outsourcing or staffing environment is a big plus.
• English skills B2/C.
• Experience in the EU market, good to have in the Asia market as well.

Hard Skills:

• Deep understanding of various IT roles (backend developers, system architects, DevOps, Support Engineers etc.), and relevant technology stack. Nice to have experience with Product positions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (preferably Huntflow).
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, etc.
• Strong ability to conduct technical and behavioral interviews, utilizing various methods.
• Proficiency in maintaining and managing candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.

Soft Skills:

• Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate job roles and company culture effectively.
• Time management skills.
• Decision-Making: Ability to make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and client needs with agility.
• Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and developing solutions that benefit both the company and candidates.
• Strong negotiation skills to manage candidate expectations and offer packages.
