Junior Project Operational Manager

We're looking for someone to join our remote team and help us grow by managing incoming client requests, communicating with current clients, and keeping our internal report system up to date. You’ll work closely with the company leaders.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Conversational English skills
• Attention to detail and quick to take action
• Basic understanding of the tech landscape
• Bonus if you know about data analytics
• Location: outside Russia & Belarus

Responsibilities:

• Support new customers, answer their questions, and manage meetings between our team and clients
• Provide customer support via chat in English, making sure questions are answered and issues are resolved quickly
• Turn customer data challenges into clear tasks for our data experts with team support
• Act as a bridge between customers and our data experts, ensuring smooth communication and task completion
• Keep internal documentation and reports up to date
