Business analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our remote team. You will be responsible for developing and detailing both functional and non-functional product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role will involve designing end-to-end solutions and customer journeys, aligning requirements with development teams, and supporting the launch of products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

• Analyze and clarify high-level business requirements.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional product requirements.
• Align and communicate requirements with development and testing teams.

Solution Design & Development:

• Design optimal solutions within the existing system landscape.
• Work through all business scenarios related to each task.
• Provide ongoing consultation to developers and testers.
• Adjust initial requirements as needed throughout the development cycle.

Project Management & Testing:

• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct acceptance testing with the Operations Department to facilitate the transition to support.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to launch the product and support major client implementations.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Experience gathering business and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Familiarity with requirements management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with use cases and user stories.
• Experience in writing technical specifications like BRD/BRS and SRS.
• Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Preferably with a focus on integration projects.
• Ability to prepare materials and presentations in English.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with UX and customer journey concepts.
• Preferred Skills: Practical experience with UML, BPMN, XML, XSD, WSDL, SQL, JSON.
• Experience working with APIs (web services, REST).
• Understanding of data models and testing principles.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like Axure, InVision.
• Experience with analytics and modeling tools (EA, Visual Paradigm, Cradle, IBM DOORS).

Language Proficiency:

English level: Upper Intermediate or higher.
Russian level: Upper Intermediate or higher

• Work Format: Full-time, remote.
