Community Manager (English-speaking community)

💡 iGaming company BROFIST.partners continues to expand and explore new horizons — we are actively seeking an experienced Community Manager to develop English-speaking community for our new crypto-iGaming product.

We value the ability of a community manager to work with social media:

• You will need to interact with the audience: engaging the audience and interacting with influencers.
• It's important for us that you have experience in resolving negative cases (e.g. if someone writes that the casino is a scam).
• Experience with platforms such as Reddit, Twitter, Telegram, Instagram, Trustpilot, AskGamblers, Casino-Guru, and various other forums is essential.
• We value experience in working with metrics and key performance indicators.
• Our key performance indicators: a retention rate goal of 25%, increasing brand awareness, and the main task is engagement rate.
• The ability to create activities in chat is important to us.
• Experience in moderating communities and chats is crucial.

Our ideal candidate:

• Is client-oriented.
• Has experience in building a community in the iGaming sector.
• Knows English at an Advanced level or higher.
• Is aware of trends in the iGaming world and industry.
• Can work with CRM systems.

Challenges you may face in this role: negative feedback from players and working with B2B platforms to remove and moderate reviews.
