Talent Sourcer (Researcher)

We also take a privacy-first approach and believe that where people travel, and who they travel with, is at their discretion. 

We have refused government requests to hand over journey data, and are currently developing bespoke technology to put our clients’ movements beyond even our own reach.

Backed by leading global investors, Wheely is poised for the next phase of our journey. Over the next 5–10 years, we plan to offer a full portfolio of luxury services and expand into more international cities, building on our success in London, Paris, and Dubai.

We are currently seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team, either based in our Nicosia office or working remotely. If you're passionate about tech and would like to contribute your skills and knowledge to building a world-class product, jump in.

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

• Searching candidates for mostly tech roles across a large variety of sources: LinkedIn, job boards, etc
• Assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback
• Keeping our candidate database (Greenhouse) neat and tidy and making sure hiring teams follow the guidelines

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant research experience (university for example) as an advantage
• Self-discipline
• Good command of English
• 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house recruitment would be beneficial
