Data-Driven Lab is an international IT company headquartered in Belgrade. We develop products in different business industries like fintech, ed-tech, and analysis. We are currently looking for an Office System Administrator for our office in Belgrade.

You will:

Register, distribute, and process user requests in Jira;

Provide user support on services and systems managed by the department (provide user support on services and IT systems);

Handle the preparation, configuration, and technical support for employee workstations (onboarding/offboarding);

Perform maintenance and basic repairs of employee’s laptops/desktops;

Set up and maintain office equipment (MFPs, printers);

Manage employee access to information systems;

Maintain current systems and services, implement new ones.

 

It’s a match if you have:

2+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator or Help Desk/Service Desk Engineer;

Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing software and hardware issues;

Experience in administering Windows user operating systems (at the technical support/small business level);

Understanding of automation tools for routine system administrator tasks and basic experience in using these tools;

Experience in basic network equipment setup (Ethernet/WiFi);

Understanding of technologies/tools related to system administration;

Proficiency in Russian and technical English.

 

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working in technical support (ISP/CSP level II+);

Understanding of how Active Directory works;

Advanced user-level skills with MacOS/Linux;

Knowledge of the Serbian language.
