Tehcnical manager/IT Team lead (Igaming)

We - Betting Software - are a supplier of ready-made software solutions for clients and partners in the iGaming industry. Our company specializes in the development and maintenance of web applications for betting and gambling, design, as well as integration of systems and games.

We are proud of our product! We have a professional team, which growing and developing quickly and now we need а Technical manager/IT Team lead (Igaming) or oder to improve communication between develop team and management

Key tasks:

• Building a dialog between customer and teams on technical issues: development, design, sales;
• Leading up to 10 projects: quantity/quality;
• Development and coordination of technical tasks, requirements and deadlines.
• Calculating financial aspects of projects, offering clients new services and solutions;
• Resolving API issues, support on technical issues in chats with clients;
• Preparing reports for clients and internal teams, negotiating and maintaining a high level of client service.

It is important for us that you have experience:

• in development: backend/devops/ (could show your Gitlab)
• Know how to work with APIs;
• understand frontend at the user level (frameworks, TypeScript, responsive design).
• Devops: knew what DNS, CDN, how Linux differs from Windows.

Requirements:

• Experience in development from a year + desire to move and develop in project;
• Ability to prepare T3 for develop team;
• Experience in negotiating with clients/business, ability to find compromises and build long-term relationships;
• English C1/C2, knowledge of additional languages is welcome: Arabic, Spanish, French.
• Experience working with Yandex metrics, Bitrix, coogle analytics, Notion;

Technical knowledge:

1. REST API: response and error handling;

2. HTML/CSS;

3.CORS;

4. Web security: understanding the main threats,

5. Understanding how the browser works;

6. Experience with databases

7. Types of testing;

8. Understanding how microservice/monolithic application architecture works

9. Understanding how webhooks work

10. Understanding the principles of user interface design (UI/UX);
