We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive/Sales Manager to join our sales team.

 Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the affiliate marketing industry, including advertisers, publishers, agencies, and networks. 
• Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and prioritize your sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead progression and closure. Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through CRM. 
• Cold and Hot Lead Engagement: Engage with prospects at various stages of the sales cycle, from cold leads to warm opportunities, and nurture relationships to drive conversions. • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of potential clients, and effectively communicate how our SaaS platform can address their challenges and deliver value. 
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our SaaS platform. 
• Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust, loyalty, and retention. Nurture and expand your network within each account to further enhance our relationship with these customers. 
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the defined timelines. 
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our product in the market. 
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to provide feedback from clients and contribute to the continuous improvement of our SaaS platform. 
• Traveling: Travel to customer sites across your territory to support your sales efforts and build strong, in-person relationships.

Our ideal candidate will possess: 
• At least 3+ years of Mid-market/enterprise experience in a sales role. 
• English - C2 (professional). 
• Higher education - University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
• Ability to navigate larger, more complex deal cycles. 
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to get things done. 
• Solid business acumen around forecasting. 
• Track record of success in achieving sales targets. 
• Adept storyteller with the ability to develop relationships with senior managers and the C-suite. 
• Experience in communicating, building relationships, and recommending solutions to senior-level decision-makers and stakeholders at enterprise accounts. 
• Curiosity: Active listening skills and a genuine curiosity to uncover customer needs, evaluation processes, and solution potential.
