Business Analyst (Fintech/Payments)

Our B2B team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has a systematic approach to work, demonstrates proactivity, and takes a comprehensive approach to tackling challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Take a deep dive into the B2B crypto market
• Collaborate closely with product managers to elicit and document detailed requirements for upcoming features
• Clearly articulate and describe the gathered requirements to ensure they are well understood by the development team
• Create technical assignments for features, outlining functionality, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Validate the final results of implemented features to ensure they meet the specified requirements and quality standards
• Analyze the outcomes of completed features and propose improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems/Business analyst
• Experience in the fintech industry with a strong understanding of payment services
• Experience working with UML/BPMN diagrams
• Basic knowledge of SQL with the ability to write simple queries
• Proactive approach to work, attention to detail and quick to take action
• Basic understanding of the tech landscape
• A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, with experience working in a team of more than 5 people.
• Ability to create a description of the terms of reference for the development team
• Independence and autonomy, readiness to make decisions and bear responsibility for them
• Bonus if you know about data analytics, worked with product and technical metrics
• Conversational English skills
