We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to drive our company's growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT companies, with proven expertise in fundraising, team management, and process optimization. The COO will work closely with the team to elevate the company to the next level and prepare for external funding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking and Performance Management: Monitor key metrics to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.
• Time-to-Market Acceleration: Work with key partners to streamline processes and reduce time-to-market for new products and features.
• Preparation for External Funding: Ensure the company is ready for external financing by optimizing financial and operational processes.
• Team Environment Development: Foster a productive and proactive environment within the team to achieve company goals.
• Advisory Board Formation: Assist in building a strong advisory board to guide the company’s strategic direction.
• Process Automation: Leverage AI to automate business processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Unit Economics Oversight: Monitor and analyze unit economics to ensure business sustainability.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage budgeting processes, control expenses, and optimize the company's P&L.
• Compensation and Equity Packages: Develop and implement stock option packages to retain and motivate key employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in IT Companies: Strong background in managing operations in tech companies.
• Team Management: Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
• Negotiation Skills: An experienced negotiator with a track record of successful deal-making.
• Fundraising Experience: Prior experience in securing funding and navigating investment processes.
• English Proficiency: Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
• Audit Experience: Familiarity with company audits, with a track record of successful audit completions.
