We are a leading fintech startup for cashless tipping in the hospitality and beauty space. We are making the world of tipping fairer, quicker and easier. Our platform helps staff increase their income which in turn helps business owners attract the best talent out there.

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated designer who would be excited to be a part of a growing startup, with stamina, determination, drive and to contribute towards taking our creative journey to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing websites, presentations, visual assets for social media posts, and email campaigns. This role requires an eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to timely deliver cohesive visual communication.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling content that aligns with market trends and brand guidelines.
• Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, and Sketch to produce innovative designs.
• Maintain consistency in design across all platforms while adapting to different project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Work with content management systems like Hubspot to implement designs on websites.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and web design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, InVision, and Sketch.
• Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems such as Hubspot.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
• Languages: fluent Russian and English
