SMM Manager

We are looking for a remote SMM Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a social media presence on Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create and launch new channels, increase engagement levels, and other key performance indicators
• Monthly content planning and strategy adjustments: generate content ideas, write posts, develop content plans, analyze results, and adapt strategies based on goals and audience changes
• Posting and moderation: regularly publish content, monitor comments and messages, engage with the audience, and respond promptly to feedback

Key competencies:

• 2+ years of experience as an SMM specialist in the IT or fintech industry
• Experience with social networks such as Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Experience with content planning and posting tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Ability to create compelling text for posts and adapt style for different platforms
• Proficiency in editing and adapting graphics for posts using Figma or Canva/Adobe Express/CapCut, and experience collaborating with designers to create visual content for social media posts and pages
• Experience in moderating comments, answering user questions, handling negative feedback, and maintaining audience engagement on social media
• Experience with advertising tools and skills in analyzing key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions), including tracking and evaluating results
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A creative approach to problem-solving and proposing new ideas for content

Would be a plus:

• Experience setting up and managing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Twitter Ads
• Understanding of metrics and analytics for advertising campaigns, with the ability to optimize them for better results
