We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting within the medical or healthcare industry and a proven track record of building high-performing teams. As the Lead Recruiter, you will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, mentor a team of recruiters, and collaborate with department heads to meet our growing staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Recruitment Planning Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments. Analyze workforce trends and forecast future hiring needs.
- Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Talent Sourcing and Networking Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, networking events, and partnerships to source candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Collaboration with Leadership Work closely with executive leadership and department managers to understand staffing needs and organizational goals. Provide insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies.
- Employer Branding Promote MEDvidi as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and outreach programs. Participate in industry events and conferences to increase company visibility.
- Data Analysis and Reporting Monitor key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Compliance and Best Practices Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role. Proven experience in the medical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Certifications Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are desirable.
- Technical Skills Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms. Familiarity with HR software and recruitment marketing tools.
- Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Other Qualifications Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
