Requirements:

📊 Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
🗂️ Proficient in SQL; JavaScript/Python is a plus
📈 Skilled in creating metric systems and analytical dashboards
💡 Ability to analyze large data volumes to drive business decisions
🎨 Data visualization skills in tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau
🧪 Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment analysis

Responsibilities:

🔍 Analyze user behavior and product metrics to identify growth opportunities and develop improvement hypotheses
🎛️ Visualize data in analytical dashboards (Google Looker Studio)
📐 Develop metric systems, tracking plans, and event maps; define key product metrics
🗄️ Design schemas for analytical databases, tracking events from both backend and client-side
🧪 Conduct and analyze A/B tests to refine features and optimize user experience
🤝 Collaborate with product managers and team members to plan and develop new features
📋 Gather requirements for development, break down tasks, and coordinate implementation
🌐 Work closely with stakeholders to align on goals, identify improvement areas, and support new feature development
