Job Summary

3F, a venture studio based in Luxembourg, is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts across Europe. This role is crucial to our success as we scale our operations and grow our portfolio of innovative startups.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in international hiring, and possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by high-growth organizations. Beyond recruitment, you will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and contributing to internal HR projects that shape our evolving work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent across Europe;
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding;
  • Drive international hiring efforts across diverse European markets, navigating local hiring practices, compliance requirements, and market trends;
  • Leverage advanced recruitment tools and platforms to source, track, and engage with candidates effectively, ensuring the use of modern, data-driven methods;
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously optimize processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure timely, efficient hiring decisions;
  • Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters for specialized or senior roles, ensuring the most effective use of resources;
  • Design and implement structured onboarding programs to support the seamless integration and retention of new hires;
  • Contribute to building the 3F employer brand, working on HR branding initiatives to position 3F as an employer of choice within the startup ecosystem;
  • Engage in internal HR projects focused on enhancing company culture, personal development initiatives, and team-building activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in international recruitment across Europe, with a deep understanding of local hiring processes, legal requirements, and cultural nuance;
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on high-growth startups or technology-driven environments;
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and modern sourcing tools to manage the candidate pipeline;
  • Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to secure top talent;
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working directly with senior management and founders;
  • Fluency in English (C1 level or higher); additional European languages are a plus;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
