About the Role

As a Full-Stack Developer at Glam, you will build and optimize scalable web-based solutions that enhance user experiences and streamline Web2Web funnels. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable web applications and Web2Web funnels using React, Next.js, and Node.js.

Integrate APIs and third-party services to optimize performance and functionality.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to create seamless user journeys and improve conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing to evaluate new features and optimize user flows.

Write clean, maintainable code with a focus on performance and security.

Ensure infrastructure scalability and robustness through best practices in backend development.

What We Expect from You

Experience:

3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer.

Proven track record of delivering Web2Web and/or web-based solutions.

Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Node.js for front-end and back-end development.

Expertise in integrating and building APIs.

Familiarity with A/B testing tools and techniques for improving user experiences.

Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, including performance optimization and security.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams.
