About the Role

As a Product Manager Web at Glam, you will own and drive the development of web-based products and features, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience. You will work at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility, leading cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to life. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of web platforms, user experience, and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for Glam’s web platform, aligning it with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch new features and enhancements.
• Conduct user research, data analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and workflows to guide development efforts.
• Prioritize features and improvements to optimize user satisfaction and business impact.
• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate to enhance usability and engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Glam remains a leader in the market.

Qualifications

1. Experience:
   • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in web-based or SaaS products.
   • Proven track record of delivering successful web products from concept to launch.
   • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
   • Strong understanding of user experience principles and web technologies.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Familiarity with web development frameworks, APIs, and modern web technologies.
   • Proficiency in using product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
   • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making using tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
3. Additional Skills (Preferred):
   • Experience in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
   • Knowledge of AI-driven or creative content tools is a plus.
   • Background in working with global teams and scaling web products for international markets.
