About the Role

As a User Acquisition (UA) Manager at Glam, you will lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns to drive user growth for our AI-powered platform. By leveraging your expertise in platforms like Google Ads and YouTube, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing campaigns, scaling efforts, and ensuring KPIs are consistently met. Key Responsibilities

  • Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Conduct A/B tests and create innovative strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on creative development by testing, rotating, and drafting briefs for new ideas.
  • Contribute to setting team goals and creating plans to achieve them.
  • Translate analytics data into actionable product hypotheses to enhance campaign success.

What We Expect from You

  1. Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience managing advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, with an understanding of SKAN/AEM principles.
    • Proven track record of driving traffic for Web2Web and Web2App campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
    • Familiarity with app monetization models, especially subscription-based revenue.
  2. Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Appsflyer, Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Firebase.
    • Strong data analysis skills to assess and improve campaign performance.
