The Head of Mobile App is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, including our key customer interface, mobile app – for driving the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep understanding of mobile user experience, and strong leadership skills to deliver a world-class product that meets the needs of our users and aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and growth objectives. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the mobile application. Collaborate with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Analyze and map customer journeys to identify pain points, opportunities for enhancement, and areas for innovation across all touchpoints. Advocate for exceptional user experience and user interface. Work with UX designers and UX writers to create intuitive and engaging mobile app experiences.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, business-development and support teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience across all channels.
  • Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and feedback. Use these insights to drive actionable improvements and personalized experiences. Develop and oversee systems for gathering, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer experience. Work closely with Customer Support team to decrease the load of our support. Continuously optimize the app based on performance metrics and user insights
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product and design team. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive product excellence and team success.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and launch. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on mobile apps, ideally within the fintech or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes, UX/UI principles, and best practices.
  • Experience with ability to analyze data, derive insights, and drive actionable improvements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with work on in Amplitude and strong skills with SQL
  • Experience with ability to define and execute product roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver successful product launches.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced English level
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with product management tools and Agile methodologies.
