About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Development to lead the expansion of an innovative project in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Extensive expertise and network in the international travel sector,
- A strong network of connections with major industry players such as Booking.com, Skyscanner, and other leading travel companies.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making,
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for one of the company’s newest initiatives: a Worldwide Transfer Aggregator.
- Manage relationships with key partners, including major players like Expedia, Booking.com, and airlines.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for launching new products and expanding into new directions;
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, evaluate performance, and generate actionable insights to inform business strategies and drive revenue.
- Manage and guide teams of 5 or more people, ensuring alignment with company goals;
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to align business development efforts with company goals and deliver seamless execution.
- Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication across all levels of the organization and with external partners, in fluent English.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Head of Business Development or in a comparable senior leadership role within the travel industry.
- Demonstrated experience with prominent travel industry leaders (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.).
- Extensive networking expertise and well-established connections in the travel sector.
- Proven negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals with major global partners.
- Solid experience in managing and leading teams of 5 or more members.
- Exceptional leadership qualities paired with a strategic and structured approach.
- A history of working with large datasets, leveraging insights to drive decisions and opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1-C2 level) effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Work Schedule
